1. Agreement to Terms

By using NeedleSlot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What NeedleSlot Is

NeedleSlot is booking and light CRM software for tattoo studios and artists — including booking forms, scheduling, studio and artist profiles, consent agreements, and cost estimation tools.

3. Accounts

Studio owners and artists sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when setting up your studio or artist profile.

4. Studio & Client Responsibilities

Studios are responsible for the accuracy of their own profile, pricing, availability, and the agreements they present to clients. NeedleSlot is a tool for managing bookings — we aren't a party to the tattoo service itself, and any dispute about a tattoo, appointment, or payment is between the studio and their client.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use NeedleSlot for anything illegal or fraudulent
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share
  • Attempt to access another studio's data without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Subscription & Trial

NeedleSlot offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the rate shown at signup. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't provide partial refunds for unused time.

8. Intellectual Property

NeedleSlot, its logo, and its software are our property. Content you upload (reference photos, studio branding, etc.) remains yours — you grant us a license to store and display it as needed to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

NeedleSlot is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeedleSlot isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using NeedleSlot and close your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NeedleSlot after changes means you accept the updated terms.
