Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped

NeedleSlot is online software. We don't sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges, addresses, or delivery partners involved.

2. How the service is delivered

Your plan is delivered online, to your NeedleSlot account. As soon as a payment is confirmed by Razorpay — usually within a few seconds — your studio's dashboard unlocks for the month or year you paid for, and you'll see the new access date on the confirmation screen. Razorpay also emails you a receipt.

3. If access doesn't update

If your dashboard is still locked an hour after a successful payment, email prakashgour453@gmail.com or use our contact formwith your Razorpay payment ID, and we'll sort it out.
